Message: Hello! I live in S.E. Texas. We have been raising rabbits for many years now. We enjoy them very much! Alot of times people come to me to buy a pet for their small child or children.They always ask me if rabbits BITE, I tryto explain that although rabbits don't usaully bite they will if they feel that they must in order to protect themselves. Each individual rabbit has its own personality, just like anybody else, no two are exactly alike. some like to be petted and handled as long as they have some quiet time to them self.They will scratch you if they get startled, I don't recommend them to small children . BUT I do recommend them as wonderful loving pets. they can be trained to do many tricks. most of all they love.
